Useful information

  • Small groups to provide you with the best possible riding experience & give you all the personal attention we can.
  • Open to all levels of experience. The total duration of the tour is approximately 2 hours of riding.
  • Each tour starts with instruction session & saddles adjustments depending on your skills.
  • Before confirming a reservation please let us know the age & weight of each participant.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult & are under its responsibility (please book the private tour option).
  • Not recommended for participants with back problems or pregnant women.
  • Do not forget to bring a hat, a swimsuit, comfortable clothing and footwear, sunscreen and insect repellent.
  • Tours are available in English, Spanish and French!

Cancellation policy

  • 7 days before departure or more: no cancellation fees.
  • Between 3 & 6 days before scheduled departure: 50% cancellation fees.
  • Within 2 days of the scheduled departure: 100% cancellation fees.
